Evolution of a Hillary supporter

I will admit it…I voted for Hillary in the Indiana primary.

No, I am not a feminist but anytime a woman competes for a job in what America deems as a "Man's World" truly gets my attention.

Yes, in 1984 Geraldine Ferro was the Democratic Nominee for the Vice President with Democratic Presidential candidate Walter Mondale.

In the world that we live in today it is great to see a woman running for President.

So here's a little World History lesson for today.

The first absolute woman political ruler in contemporary history was Suhbaatar Yanjmaa (1893-1962).

She was the widow of national hero and was the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the People's Great Khuarl of Mongolia and acted as Chairman of the Presidium (ie head of State.)

She held this position from 1953-1954.

End of World History Lesson!

These last several weeks, I have to agree with my office groupies….it is time for Hillary to hang up the pantsuit.

She has lost this campaign on her own and now is making a mockery of the Presidential Nominee race.

Let's recap her mistakes or misjudgments whatever you call them!

* Cried over a bully!

Wow! Please if you are running for the President of the United States you don't cry because someone is bullying you. You have to be able to act under pressure and if she thinks that being President would be all "hugs and kisses" she is wrong. Yes, woman cry more than men do but she didn't need to play that "defenseless woman card."

* "I'm a woman!"

Like we didn't already know that. You don't need to shove it into my face or anyone else's face the fact that you are of the female gender. In my opinion, she didn't need to use it like a trump card. Who cares if she is a woman? The point I am trying to make is the fact if Hillary can do the job what does it matter what gender she is?

* Race card.

Playing the "race" card was a dirty trick in her trying to dig herself out of the monstrous hole that she dug for herself. I am part of the "new" generation that just doesn't care if you are orange, yellow, red or green if you are qualified and able to do the job then go for it.

Hillary, it is time to back down and think about unity instead of yourself and what it will do to you.

She has backed Obama into a corner where he may have to ask her to be his VP in order to have a chance at winning.

But still Hillary supporters state that they will stay at home and not vote or switch sides and vote for John McCain.

That just says to me that you are a bunch of cry babies that when they don't get their way have to run around and stomp your feet and do the opposite of what daddy told you.

The answer is to back the person you feel is the best deserving because of what that person will "do for America" and not what "American can do for them."
