Bring on Spring!

I don't know about anybody else, but I am ready for spring. While I have nothing against snow, I don't think I could handle anymore. I am ready for sunshine, flowers and no more ice.

Since Christmas has been over, I have been in a funk. I can't seem to get over the winter blues. It always seems like every time the weather is breaking, Mother Nature has a way of dashing my plans with snow.

It really isn't the snow I hate; it's more the ice. I don't like the crazy people that drive on the roads and not think before they slam on their breaks.

So while I am counting down the days to warmer weather and finding other alternatives to occupy my time, I have learned that I now have a new fascination with pictures featuring oceans, palm trees and sand.

Hopefully soon warmer weather will come and I will again smile at the sunshine. Is the weather man predicting snow this weekend?
