  • LOL!!! Since I rehabbed the home we are currently in whilst my hubby goeth out to slay the financial dragons, I can totally understand your point. However, I can tell you that rehabbing a home that is owned by someone else is no walk in the park either at times. Lol. However, there is nothing more satisfying than looking at a result after all the work and negotiations are through.

  • ..and the job is never complete. Once you go through the whole house, you have to start at the beginning again. A never ending process. You are lucky to have only had to buy those $7 knobs instead of replacing those 40 something doors!
