Those resolutions, they are funny

Resolutions are a funny thing.

Some people have the will power to be able to hold true to their resolutions, while others simply don't.

I guess you can put me in the latter category.

To be honest, I can't remember ever being able to keep a New Year's resolution.

Consequently, a few years, I decided to stop trying to make a resolution.

Rather, I just want to attempt to be as good of a person that I can on a daily basis.

I do want to be the best husband and father that I can possibly be, but that goes without speaking.

I hope my family maintains health throughout the year, and I guess I should include myself in that as well.

But really, I hope all of you have a fantastic New Year.

I hope all of you can hold on to your resolutions, if you make any.

If not, I still hope you have a wonderful 2012.
