Circuit Court Judge Joseph Trout worked Saturday morning with Superior Court Judge Robert Pell in Clay Superior Court, performing the swearing-in ceremonies for candidates who won offices during the November election. The courtroom was packed with candidates, their families, friends, and spectators. “Remember, you were elected to serve the people of this county,” said Commissioner Paul Sinders as he greeted the crowd.
