Elliot Phillips was the winner of The Brazil Times' Best Smile Contest. Elliot is pictured with (from left) Brazil Times Circulation Director Karen Barnhart, grandmother Sindy Phillips, who entered Elliot into the contest, and father Justin Phillips. Elliot received a new digital camera after tallying 1,380 votes to win the contest. Local dentist Linda Colter also sponsored the contest, which raised $1,922 for Newspapers In Education...
