The selection of a new Clay Community Schools Corporation superintendent is one step closer now that criteria has been established by a 16-member committee. The 8th grade spring break trip to Washington, D. C. and Northview Winter Guard's participation in the San Francisco, Cal. contest has been cancelled, School Superintendent Thomas Rohr has announced. But, The Times has learned Winter Guard parents are sponsoring the trip on their own. So, the trip will not be the responsibility of the school corporation...
