Truck overturns, no injuries (04/23/03)
A truck driven by Carl Edwards, of Terre Haute (left), overturned this morning, shortly before 8 a.m. at the intersection of US 40 and SR 340. No one was injured.
Community Theatre plans patriotic show (04/23/03)
The Community Theatre of Clay County will present its season finale, "The Red, White, and Blue--Songs of America," on May 8, 9 and 10. This original music revue will feature songs and scenes of America, old and new. Michael Landry of Northview won the long jump with a leap of 19-6 on Tuesday. The Northview Knights track teams swept to easy victories in their boys and girls tri-meet with Riverton Parke and conference opponent South Vermillion on Tuesday night. The boys' team defeated second place South Vermillion by a 115 to 43 score while the Panthers had just three points.
