Ruthann Jeffries, Brazil Parks Board president, brought good news to the Brazil City Council meeting Tuesday night. She stopped by City Hall on her way home from Craig Park to share "what a wonderful sight I saw tonight." By her account, the park was filled with people who were there for the first cross country meet to take place on the new course through the woods. She says its "great to see Craig Park being used."...

Beau Froderman won the top award of Grand Champion Barrow at the Indiana State Fair on Aug. 7, 2003, with his crossbred barrow named Leroy.
