Mary Louise Aker, 79, of Carmel, Ind., formerly of Greencastle, Ind., passed away Saturday at the Carmel Care Rehabilitation Center in Carmel. This wild turkey was seen on north Kennedy's Crossing Road. It would charge at and chase passing cars. There were reports of wild turkeys attacking vehicles on Kennedy's Crossing Road last Friday. The Northview Marching Knights presented their 2003 show, "Music in The Key of Green", to the band circuit for the first time at the Indiana State University Mid-States Marching Band Contest on Saturday.
