The Brazil City Council had its last meeting of the year Tuesday at noon. Council members voted to pass Ordinance 15 on the second reading, which will make the intersection of Wheeler and Jackson a 4-way stop. They suspended rules and passed Ordinance 16 on the first reading. In doing so, they agreed to make South Wheeler St. a temporary one-way street for one block.
