Popcorn Festival plans change

The second Clay County Popcorn Festival will build upon the first one, held last fall in Brazil. The 2004 festival is planned Oct.1-3. A laser light show has been scheduled this year. Sgt. David Bomgardner, of Paris, Ill., was preparing for active duty at the Brazil National Guard Armory yesterday.
