Robert Lamb II, of Brazil, pleaded not guilty in Clay Superior Court Wednesday morning. He was charged with a hunting without consent charge filed Oct. 26, 2004 on behalf of Eric V. Stearley, Brazil. The class C misdemeanor, of which approximately 10 to 30 are filed during any given hunting season, is punishable with the maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine plus court costs...
