A Brazil woman, Tina Knight, was arrested early this morning by Brazil City Police on charges of Child Solicitation and taken to Clay County Jail. For an arrest warrant to be issued on the charge, an adult over the age of 18 must knowingly solicit a juvenile under the age of 14 to engage in fondling or touching intended to arouse or satisfy sexual desire of either party...
