Jail visitation changes (05/09/05)
Staff of the Clay County Jail are implementing new visitation procedures in preparation for the new jail opening scheduled for September of this year. Rev. Fred H. Bolinger, 91 of Brazil, passed away May 6, 2005 at Holly Hills Healthcare Facility. He was a resident there for only one day. He was born June 18, 1913 in Clay County, the son of Arthur C. Bolinger and Lavina Pride Bolinger. He graduated from high school, and later in life graduated from Indiana Central College. He was an ordained Evangelical United Brethren Minister for over 60 years. He ministered in the Center Point area and served many other E.U.B. Churches in the area...
