Van Buren Memorial Wall has been completed

The Van Buren Memorial Wall is now complete and the construction materials removed. The wall uses some of the signage from the original Van Buren High School with new bricks surrounding and supporting the heavy stone signs. From the south, the wall has two projecting rectangles at each end reminiscent of the south walls of the old building. The old VB had the doors symmetrically inset between them.
