Head Start students score new materials (10/12/05)
Children enrolled in Head Start programs in Brazil and Clay City will soon have access to a wealth of new reading material. The Clay County Extension Homemakers allocated a $500 grant from the Indiana Extension Homemakers Association toward books and library supplies for Head Start students in both communities. Clay County Homemakers Carroll Harden, Lauralee Hawkins, Wilma Modesitt and Jan Stigler delivered the books to the Brazil Head Start campus Tuesday...
