Replacement firefighters chosen by City

The Brazil City Board of Works and Public Safety has selected new firefighters to replace three department veterans who will retire at the end of the year. The board will reveal the names of the newly hired firefighters sometime in November, according to Brazil Fire Chief Tobey Archer. The successful applicants are awaiting final approval from the Indiana Public Employee Retirement Fund. Their selection marks the end of a screening process that began in March...
