James Lloyd Passwater, 60, of Brazil, died June 21, 2006, at 1:22 a.m. in Terre Haute at Union Hospital. Born April 18, 1946, in Marion County, Indiana, he was the son of Lloyd B. Passwater, Jr. and Phyllis Culmann Passwater. He was a self employed paint and body worker and a U.S. Navy, Vietnam Veteran.
