Virgie Marilene Dellacca, 76 of Rantoul, Ill., formerly of Brazil, passed away Monday Oct. 9, 2006, at the Heartland Health Care Facility in Paxton, IL. She was born Nov. 7, 1929, in Carbon, Ind., the daughter of Virgil David Black and Lucille Ellen Wells Black. She was a graduate of Van Buren High School, Class of 1947.
