Officials believe failure to yield is the preliminary cause of a Friday evening accident just north of the intersection of Kennedy Crossing Road and County Road 950 North that killed one juvenile and injured two others. In a press release Saturday, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy Brison Swearingen confirmed there were three juveniles involved in the accident, but said their names are being withheld at this time pending the ongoing investigation and official notification of the families involved...
