Postage rates to increase in May (02/15/08)
Those who have stocked up on Forever stamps will be glad they did. The United States Postal Service announced the cost of a stamp will increase by a penny, up to 42 cents, starting May 12. The announcement was one of many rate increases set, with more to come at a later date...
