V.F.W. close to opening new location (03/30/09)
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1127 is currently moving to its new location, 303 S. Depot St., Brazil. The new facility will be open for business April 4, at 11:27 a.m.
Chamber set for Tournament of Champions (03/30/09)
The Clay County Chamber of Commerce has scheduled its fifth Tournament of Champions: Bowling and Euchre, for Tuesday, April 28, at Brazilian Lanes, 2544 W. U.S. 40, Brazil. Lunch will be provided at noon for a cost of $7 and games begin at 1 p.m. A cost of $100 per bowling team will be required. Easter Egg Hunts scheduled (03/30/09)
A community Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, April 11, at the Forest Park Cow Palace.
