A break in an 18-inch water main near the well fields in Putnam County has Brazil water customers, including those in Carbon, Center Point, Harmony and Knightsville under a boil order for the time being. For most of the morning and into early Tuesday afternoon, many customers were without water services as members of the Brazil City Water Department, along with Barrett's Excavating, Center Point, worked to replace approximately 12 feet of the cast-iron line with PVC...
