To the Editor: Would someone please tell me if there is some kind of noise ordinance in this town? Because if there's not any, there should be. Every evening, between the hours of 7 p.m.-midnight or later, you can hear loud music from someone's radio turned up full blast, so loud if vibrates the windows in my apartment, and I live on the third floor in this building...

I have to say that I have not been there once this year that it has not been in beautiful condition.
