A Harmony man was recently arrested on allegations of attempting to strangle an unidentified female during a domestic dispute. According to information provided by the Clay County Sheriff's Department, Benjamin A. Johnson, 34, was taken into custody Wednesday evening after a struggle in which he allegedly choked the victim and broke her cell phone in an attempt to stop her from calling for help. ...
