A Brazil man recently pled guilty to nine cases involving telephone harassment of several Clay County residents. According to information on file at the Clay County Courthouse, on Monday, Everett W. Fulk, 37, with aide from his defense attorney Charles Hear, entered into an agreement with the Clay County Prosecutor's Office to plead guilty to four counts of class D felony invasion of privacy and three counts of class B misdemeanor harassment...
