County man faces additional charges

Although a rural Brazil man recently pled guilty in Clay Circuit Court to charges of a sexual relationship with a Terre Haute juvenile in late 2007, he still faces two more charges in Vigo County in the same case. In December 2008, Aristin A. Losey, 23, was arrested amid sexual misconduct allegations of having a relationship with a 15-year-old juvenile from November-December in 2007, with alleged multiple incidents occurring in Clay and Vigo counties. ...
