BREAKING: Identity of body found in Vigo Co. confirmed as Brazil man (03/16/10)
VIGO COUNTY -- A body discovered by a person walking in the wooded area in rural northeastern Vigo County at approximately 1:41 p.m., Sunday afternoon, has been identified as a Brazil man. Officials confirmed Tuesday the remains of Charles Raymond Chumley Jr., 30, was found clothed and partially decomposed, in a wooded area adjacent to 11236 Grotto Ave., approximately 1.8 miles north of United States 40 on the Clay/Vigo county line...
