Diabetes classes set at PCH

The Diabetes Self Management Group classes will continue at Putnam County Hospital. Classes are scheduled for Wednesday, along with Thursday, Dec. 2, and Thursday, Dec. 9. Morning classes meet 9 a.m.-noon, and afternoon classes meet 1-4 p.m. The classes are open to anyone dealing with Diabetes. There are sessions, including "101: What is Diabetes," and "201: Nutrition Education."...
