Weather causes slide-offs

On Monday, Clay County Sheriff Mike Heaton told The Brazil Times his department handled approximately 6-7 accidents as a result of blistering weather that came through the area Sunday. "There was nothing major, but we had a lot of slide-offs," Heaton said. "Interstate-70 was a problem like it always is, but most of it was in Putnam County. We had a few in our county."...
