Flooding fallout causes collapse (04/22/11)
The fallout from the recent heavy rainfall continues. On Friday, Brazil City Hall announced recent flooding along Pogues Run collapsed an underground tunnel that runs under John Street, causing a closure of the street as a safety precaution.
