Traffic stop leads to morning arrest (07/21/11)
An early morning traffic stop led to arrests in two counties Wednesday. At approximately 3:45 a.m., Clay County Sheriff's Department deputies initiated a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in rural northern Clay County. According to a press release from the CCSD, both the driver and passenger displayed suspicious behavior, and a routine check on the vehicle's information found the license plate to be false...
