Times Staff Report DUGGER -- The Clay City girl's basketball team was missing senior Brielle Drelick due to the flu, but the Eels still had plenty of firepower to claim a 59-28 victory on the road at Union (Dugger) Thursday night. Scrapbook club Crop-A-Lot recently took handmade gifts and other items to Exceptional Living Center of Brazil. During the visit, club members sang Christmas Carols to the residents. Ordinance No. 20-2011 authorizes the purchase of a blanket bond/crime insurance policy for certain elected officials.
