Residents voice road concerns (02/07/12)
During the Clay County Commissioners' Monday meeting, three Clay County residents shared concerns of area road conditions. Charlie Cook spoke with the commissioners about poor ditching on County Road 200 W, between CR 700 N and CR 800 N. "I know we have the equipment to dig ditches," Cook said. "I know materials is about nonexistent because of budget restraints, but it looks to me like it's a matter of some manpower. I think long-term, it would save the roads and save taxpayers' money."...
