Finkbiner formally charged (07/10/12)
A Brazil man was formally charged Tuesday with exploiting at least a dozen male and female teenagers from nine different states into performing sex acts on webcam. In April, Richard L. Finkbiner, 39, was preliminarily charged with two counts of sexually exploiting two minors. However, after three months of additional investigating, officials announced Tuesday that Finkbiner faces more charges related to the alleged sextortion scheme...
