Crash on U.S. 40 results in minor injuries

Motorists heading west on U.S. 40 around 9 p.m. Friday were diverted due to accidents near the York Chevrolet dealership. Officials said injuries were minor. A Chevrolet truck with an attached trailer was turning left off of 40 when a Ford Ranger swerved to avoid hitting the trailer. As a result, the car rolled into a nearby ditch.
