Bidding coming soon on city's side streets repaving project

A Terre Haute woman was arrested this week in Clay County on allegations she used another person's identification to buy pseudoephedrine -- a state-regulated cold and allergy medication commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. In April, Terrin Gess, 29, was charged in Clay Superior Court with identity deception and receiving stolen property, both Class D felonies, and for the purchase of more than 3.6 grams of pseudoephedrine in one day, a misdemeanor...
