Mary Ann Thompson, 83, of West Lafayette, formerly of Bremen and Mishawaka, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 25, 1930 in Brazil, IN to the late Ernest and Frances (Parkins) Hayward. She played the Cello in the high school Orchestra and was a 1948 graduate of Brazil High School. She went on to obtain a Bachelor's in Home Economics from Indiana State University and a Master's from Michigan State University in 1968...

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management wants to make certain that Hoosiers never try to clean up a methamphetamine lab on their own or use paint to cover the drug's residue. The agency reports both can be detrimental to your health.
