Rotary Club learns about fundraising for military plaza

Sharon Lawrence and Keith Kowitz, representatives of the Honoring Our Military's Efforts (HOME) Clay County Military Plaza project planned at George N. Craig Park, spoke to members of Brazil Rotary Club at the May 25 lunch meeting at Brazil Family Restaurant and passed out commemorative brick order forms. The Clay County Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, June 6 in the lower level of the museum. The board will meet at 6. The guest speaker will be Jodi Lohrman with the history of the DAR in Indiana and the county.
