Fifty-nine motorcycle riders escorted the "Remembering Our Fallen" war memorial from I-70 to VFW Post 1127 in Brazil Wednesday morning. Here, the motorcycles are lined up in front of American Legion Post 2 in Brazil. At 6 p.m., Thursday, there will be an opening ceremony presentation by Mayor Brian Wyndham at VFW Post 1127 on Depot Street. Law reinstated that requires crashed vehicles be removed from road

A law requiring motorists involved in an accident to move their vehicles out of the road is back on the books. The law, officially known as Indiana Code 9-26-1-1.2, states that if the crashed vehicle comes to a stop in the traveled portion of the road, the operator must "as soon as safely possible" move it off the road to a location as close as possible to the crash site. ...
