Brazil woman accused of robbing convenience store

A quick response by witnesses and law enforcement to a robbery at a Brazil convenience store early Saturday led to the arrest of a local woman. Irlene Allen, 30, Brazil, faces preliminary felony charges of armed robbery, burglary, intimidation with a deadly weapon (knife), theft and criminal trespass for her alleged actions at around 6:20 a.m. at the Casey’s General Store on 930 West National Ave.
