Times Staff Report Northview improved to 6-1 this season on the tennis court with a 4-1 victory over visiting West Vigo Tuesday evening. The Knights got a 6-4, 6-0 victory at number two singles from Megan Heck and a 6-1, 6-0 decision from Kambree Lucas against the Vikings. North Putnam freshman pitcher Bradi Gierke kept the Knights mostly off balance at the plate during the early stages of the game. Vehicle impound release fee already hitting pocketbooks

The city’s new vehicle impound fee has already started hitting the pocketbooks of those who violate the law. Two people injured in a three-vehicle accident on Wednesday

Two people, whose names have not been released, were injured in a three-vehicle crash on S.R. 59 south of Lake Short Point on Wednesday. The accident was reported at 2:52 p.m., said Clay County Sheriff Paul Harden. Three vehicles were northbound on S.R. 59. The two vehicles in front slowed due to traffic and the driver of the third vehicle apparently fell asleep, and hit the second vehicle which hit the front vehicle, the sheriff said...
