County Commissioners: Rural residents have 2 dust control options

Rural Clay County residents will have two county road dust control plans to choose from this year. In either case the resident requesting the dust control will pay half the cost and the county will pay the other half up to 400 feet, according to a news release from the Clay County Commissioners.
