Traffic stop leads to two arrests

Two Brazil residents appear in court after a traffic stop last Wednesday morning. Brazil Police Department officials confirmed the incident happened around 2:43 a.m. near the intersection of Franklin and Morton Street. A patrolman initiated a traffic stop on a woman driving a red 2000 Chevrolet Impala that failed to properly signal her turn.
