Second arrest in sexual misconduct case

A second Brazil man is in custody facing allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor following an investigation by the Brazil Police Department. Jacob C. Crews from Townsend Tree Trimming are working along State Road 340 at various locations trimming back overgrown tree limbs from utility lines. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in the areas, which are marked by signs where crews are working over the next few weeks.
