Batchelor breaks North Clay shot put record in Knights sweep

By CAREY FOX Times Sports Editor North Clay’s Varzidy Batchelor broke the school record in the shot put by a foot in a dual meet against Edgewood to help pace the Knights to a team victory. Batchelor broke the mark set in 2003 with a throw of 33-feet against the Colts. North Clay’s girls recorded 77 team points to top Edgewood’s 42.
