Vets build ramp for World War II hero

Two local veterans have built a wheelchair ramp with the help of the VFW Post in Brazil. Joe Thomas recently had to have an amputation so his fellow veterans Jeromy White, left, and Charlie Gilbert took it on themselves to seek funds from the VFW.
