Man returned to Clay County following allegation

After a nationwide search for almost a year, a Terre Haute man was located and extradited from Alaska back to Clay County on rape allegations. Originating from a 2018 rape investigation, Joe A. Joseph, 26, of Terre Haute, was located and taken into custody by law enforcement officials in Alaska.
