Center Point, Indiana Patricia Ann Koehler, 91, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, October 9, 2020 at the Gibson Hospice Unit at Union Hospital. She was born in Brazil, Indiana on April 1, 1929 to the late Marvin and Thelma (Wilson) McCloud.
